We’re looking for a highly innovative and research-driven AI Research Engineer to join our technology and artificial intelligence team and develop advanced AI technologies that solve complex real-world problems. In this role, you will combine cutting-edge AI research with practical engineering to design, prototype, evaluate, and implement new machine learning and artificial intelligence systems. You'll collaborate closely with AI scientists, machine learning engineers, data scientists, software developers, research teams, product managers, and technology leaders to transform research ideas into scalable and impactful AI solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and evaluate advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models and algorithms.
• Conduct experiments to investigate new AI architectures, methodologies, techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate innovative AI research ideas.
• Work across areas such as deep learning, generative AI, large language models, natural language processing, computer vision, multimodal AI, and AI agents.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to support research, experimentation, model training, and evaluation.
• Design and implement machine learning experiments, benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Develop and optimize models using modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Explore model training, fine-tuning, transfer learning, reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation, and other advanced AI techniques.
• Collaborate with software and machine learning engineers to transition successful research prototypes into scalable production systems.
• Evaluate AI models based on accuracy, robustness, generalization, efficiency, latency, scalability, and real-world performance.
• Communicate research findings, technical results, and recommendations to technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, research documentation, experiment summaries, presentations, and architecture specifications.
• Stay current with academic research, scientific publications, open-source AI developments, and emerging industry trends.
• Promote responsible AI practices covering model safety, fairness, explainability, privacy, security, and ethical AI development.
• Contribute to intellectual property, technical publications, research presentations, or internal knowledge-sharing initiatives where appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that advance AI research capabilities, technical innovation, and business outcomes.

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing AI and machine learning research or production applications.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, optimization, statistics, and experimental design.
• Practical experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing and conducting machine learning experiments and evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, transformers, computer vision, natural language processing, multimodal AI, or reinforcement learning is advantageous.
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, transfer learning, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, model validation, hyperparameter optimization, and performance analysis.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, GPUs, distributed computing, or high-performance computing environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, experiment tracking, version control, and production machine learning workflows is advantageous.
• Strong research, analytical thinking, critical reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts and research findings clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and translate research concepts into practical technical solutions.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, innovation, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• PhD or significant research experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, or a related discipline is advantageous.
