In this role, you will combine AI research, machine learning, experimentation, and software development to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable, and high-impact applications. You'll collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, software engineers, product managers, cloud specialists, and business stakeholders to turn cutting-edge AI research into production-ready solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and evaluate advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Translate emerging AI research and technologies into practical solutions that address business and customer needs.
• Develop and experiment with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, generative AI, and other AI techniques.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate new models, algorithms, architectures, and AI methodologies.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, relationships, and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Develop predictive models, intelligent systems, recommendation engines, optimization solutions, and AI-powered applications.
• Work with large language models, foundation models, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and multimodal AI where appropriate.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and software developers to transition research prototypes into scalable production systems.
• Design and implement model evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, experiments, and performance monitoring processes.
• Analyze model accuracy, reliability, scalability, latency, cost efficiency, and real-world business impact.
• Communicate research findings, technical results, and AI recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, research reports, experiment summaries, presentations, and model specifications.
• Promote responsible AI practices covering fairness, explainability, privacy, security, transparency, and model governance.
• Research academic publications, emerging AI technologies, industry developments, and new AI capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that advance AI capabilities, research quality, engineering efficiency, and business outcomes.

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience in applied artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning and scientific computing libraries.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistical modelling, optimization, and experimental design.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Practical experience developing and evaluating AI models for real-world applications.
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or multimodal AI is advantageous.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or other applied AI disciplines is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, validation, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, databases, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar environments.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, research ability, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts and research findings clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and translate research into practical business solutions.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, creativity, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• PhD or significant research experience in AI, machine learning, or a related discipline is advantageous.
