Asset Management Specialist (m/f/div)

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sibiu on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Remote work is not available for this role.

Check out your future responsibilities below:

• Daily transactions in the accounting records of assets (entries, transfers, sales, scrapping, etc.) in SAP;
• Preparation/shipping/monthly tracking of inventory labels;
• Recording asset inventory in SAP;
• Monthly/annual closing for asset accounting records and closing RDE projects;
• Downloading all shopping carts in the CEOS system.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Understanding of economics financial processes, accounting principles and local accounting regulations
• SAP knowledge
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good command of English, written and spoken
