What you’ll do:


  • Build and maintain data-driven category marketing plans

  • Execute product-specific communication campaigns that support key product launches, brand and customer moments

  • Act as the customer voice, using insights to drive commercial and strategic priorities

  • Leverage audience and commercial insights to formulate media plans that influence consumer behaviour

  • Analyse data and dashboards to assess and report on product, category and brand performance

  • Support annual marketing planning and the development of cross-category campaigns

  • Ongoing tracking and reporting of brand performance including commercial, brand health and competitive market metrics


What you’ll bring:


The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce, paired with over three years of marketing experience within a CPG organization, media agency, or creative industry. They will bring proven expertise in Go-To-Market planning, integrated campaign execution, and social or content-led marketing activations, alongside valuable exposure to the end-to-end brand and product development process.

  • Data & Insights: Analyse and interpret trends to deliver meaningful, actionable insights that drive commercial outcomes

  • Strategic Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign processes—from briefing to execution and measurement—while prioritising multiple interdependencies

  • Communication & Influence: Act as a visible, energetic team player who uses storytelling and credible communication to engage stakeholders and drive business results

  • Relationship Management: Build strong, enduring partnerships across internal teams and external vendors, fostering a culture of cooperation and alignment

  • Commercial & Strategic Thinking: Proactively identify opportunities for cross-collaboration, ensuring all strategies are both customer-centric and commercially relevant
