Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing business performance, customer behavior, and product metrics. The ideal candidate will leverage statistical analysis, product analytics, and data visualization to generate actionable insights while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance, product metrics, and conversion funnels to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

• Perform statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive analytics to support business decisions.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

• Build and optimize SQL-based data queries and use R/Python for data analysis and automation.

• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.

• Work with large, complex datasets to uncover customer and product insights.

• Leverage AI tools to improve analytical workflows and enhance productivity.

• Support ad hoc analysis and mentor junior analysts when required.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in business or product analytics.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and R/Python.

• Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experiment design.

• Hands-on experience in Product Analytics, including user behavior analysis, conversion funnels, and KPI tracking.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude to enhance analytics workflows.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, data visualization, and stakeholder communication skill.
