Location: Murray, UT (On-site)Hourly Pay:$15.00 – $16 per hour (depending on experience)

About Us: We’re an ATM site survey and field services company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner to help coordinate IT and software-related projects. This person will work on-site in our Murray office, collaborating closely with both internal teams and our remote development team based in India.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT or project management career who enjoys problem-solving, streamlining processes, and driving software improvements that make daily operations smoother.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with our India-based development team to ensure smooth execution of internal software and IT projects.
• Manage tasks and development priorities in Jira, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Identify technology and software needs across departments, document requirements, and help implement effective solutions.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repeatable workflows.
• Join early-morning or late-night calls when necessary to collaborate with the remote development team.
• Take ownership of one or two key projects, ensuring consistent progress and measurable results.
• Record and share updates via Loom, Confluence, or other internal documentation tools.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic IT coordination or support experience (e.g., troubleshooting systems, working with SaaS tools, or software rollouts).
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
• Comfortable/Proficient with Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with general IT and software development concepts (e.g., APIs, AWS, or databases) is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to align with global collaboration needs.
