Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve manufacturing and assembly issues by conducting root cause analysis to determine whether defects originate from product design, fabrication, supplier quality, or assembly processes.
Prepare and maintain production documentation, including fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), work instructions, and engineering change documentation.
Support prototype builds, production, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) by verifying mechanical fitment, assembly quality, and system integration.
Coordinate with fabricators, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve manufacturing and assembly issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Support the sourcing, qualification, and validation of mechanical components in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
