Avanciers Inc. is seeking a talented Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will work across the full SDLC, collaborating with business and technical teams to build high-quality data pipelines and optimize data processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Databricks and PySpark.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data warehousing solutions.
• Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL
• Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT development
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel as required.
