We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bakery Operations Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of bakery production and operations. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety across the bakery facility. As a key leader, you will oversee daily processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our bakery operations to new heights. Your expertise in process optimization, quality control, and systems management will help create a seamless experience for both team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Inventory management with a dedication to ensuring correct stock levels.
• Admin tasks to include weekly schedules and regular staff one to ones.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline workflows across all areas.
• Maintain rigorous quality control protocols to ensure products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and applying best practices in process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operation through our shop, cafe and bakery teams.
