Duties

• Design and develop visually compelling websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize design concepts and user flows
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure seamless experiences on desktops, tablets, and smartphones
• Enhance website functionality through front-end development experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and improve web accessibility standards to reach broader audiences
• Conduct usability testing and user research to refine interface designs and improve overall user experience (UX)
• Maintain and update existing websites through regular content management system updates and website maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, visual UI/UX design, and interaction design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Solid understanding of web production technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and MySQL databases
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for data analysis and performance tracking
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices in usability to create inclusive digital experiences
• Experience with responsive web design techniques using frameworks like Bootstrap or Telerik for mobile-friendly layouts
• Ability to develop prototypes using Axure, Balsamiq, or similar tools for client presentations and testing purposes
• Basic understanding of web development workflows involving Git version control systems and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and content creators
• A passion for continuous learning in the evolving field of web design and development
