BID WRITER

SAFECROWDS GROUP is an integrated security specialist provider in Counter Terrorism Risk Assessments, Crowd and Event Management, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM), and Traffic Management Solutions across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a high calibre Bid Writer to support our expansion into new public and private sector frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Bid Writing & Ownership

Lead the end-to-end development of tender responses, producing clear, persuasive, and compliant submissions.

• Strategic Input

Contribute to win strategies, value propositions, and differentiators aligned to client requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams to extract key information and translate it into compelling written responses.

• Sector-Specific Content Development
• Security & guarding services
• Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM)
• Traffic and crowd management operations
• Portal & Submission Management
• Manage tender portals, clarification questions, and submission deadlines.
• Content Library Development
• Build and maintain a high-quality bid library to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, well-structured, and aligned to evaluation criteria.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
