Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
- Writing and developing high-quality tender responses, ITTs, PQQs, EOIs, framework applications and bespoke proposals.
- Reviewing and analysing tender opportunities to identify risks, opportunities and strategic fit.
- Conducting research into commissioners, market conditions and sector priorities to strengthen bid submissions.
- Collaborating with operational teams to gather evidence, case studies and service information.
- Managing tender timelines, milestones and contributor engagement to ensure successful submissions.
- Developing engaging presentations and supporting tender interviews where required.
- Maintaining and enhancing our bid library, case studies and supporting documentation.
- Analysing feedback from successful and unsuccessful bids to continuously improve performance.
- Supporting wider business development initiatives, market testing exercises and service development activities.
About you:
- Experience writing successful bids and tenders within a business development environment.
- Excellent written English, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into compelling, customer-focused responses.
- Experience coordinating contributions from multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience securing contracts within the social care, health or third sector.
- Knowledge of social care commissioning, legislation and regulation.
- Understanding of procurement processes and public sector tendering.
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Community Integrated Care and the wider social care sector.
