Join FinXL as a Business Analyst on a large transformation project and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a 12-month contract in Macquarie Park.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer segmentation and cohorting strategies to establish structured migration frameworks
• Define functional business rules and end-to-end processes for network and system migration
• Document customer notification workflows, complaints handling, and escalation structures
• Assess IT system impacts and capture business requirements for system automation
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on process designs and decision rules
• Produce key BA artefacts, including BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and traceability matrices
• Translate complex business needs into actionable specs for technology and operational teams

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or migration programs
• Strong background in Telecommunications or managed services
• Demonstrated experience designing and documenting end-to-end business and operational processes
• Proven ability in customer segmentation, data analysis, and cohort model prioritization
• Expertise defining business requirements across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow or SAP
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with high attention to detail, risks, and dependencies

• 12 months fixed-term contract with FinXL
• Deployed with a leading Telecommunications client
• Hybrid working model with 3 days/week in the office in Macquarie Park
