Our data infrastructure — built on BigQuery and dbt, surfaced through Metabase — powers every operational decision: from tracking fulfillment performance across 7 warehouses to monitoring carrier service rates in real time. As we scale across Europe, our BI layer needs to scale with us.

The Ops Excellence team is at the heart of this challenge: translating raw warehouse and transportation data into reliable, structured, and accessible intelligence — so our operators, product teams, and executives can act fast and act right.
