Position Summary
Rosnet is the back-of-house platform multi-unit restaurant groups use to control food and labor costs, and our customers consistently see measurable food cost margin improvement after rolling us out. The Client & Product Marketing Manager owns two connected functions: how Rosnet positions and launches its product in the market, and how Rosnet builds and grows its relationship with the customers who already trust us. This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Marketing and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services to shape positioning, sales enablement, and customer advocacy. The role is critical to Rosnet's growth, ensuring our go-to-market motion is clear and credible while turning our existing customer base into a source of expansion, retention, and referenceable proof points.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive positioning and messaging for Rosnet's platform and features so they are clear, credible, and resonate with restaurant operators.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new features and releases, from naming and messaging through company-wide launch plans.
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets (one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, talk tracks, and objection handling) that improve competitive win rates.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and translate findings into positioning that wins deals.
- Develop and refine buyer personas to ensure messaging speaks to each key stakeholder, from the CFO building the business case to the GM running daily operations.
- Convert satisfied customers into vocal advocates through case studies, references, and testimonials for Sales.
- Design and run lifecycle and adoption campaigns that strengthen retention, expansion, and renewals.
- Own customer communications, including product newsletters and release announcements.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, bringing real feedback back to Product and Marketing.
- Partner on customer events, webinars, and community programs that build customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or both.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation and sales enablement platforms.
Analytical & Functional Skills
- A track record of taking a product or feature to market and measuring the results in real numbers (pipeline influenced, adoption, win rate, retention/NPS impact).
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working through ambiguous, cross-functional challenges independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across product marketing and customer marketing simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Genuinely strong writing — able to make complicated things clear and dry things interesting, in a direct, credible, human voice.
- Comfort presenting to and building trust with both technical and non-technical audiences across Sales, Product, and customers.
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate competing priorities across sales, product, and customer success.
Other Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in restaurants, hospitality, or food service, whether marketing to that world or working in it.
- Experience with customer advocacy or reference programs.
- Familiarity with additional sales enablement platforms and marketing automation tools.
Competencies & Success Indicators
- Customer-first mindset — genuine understanding of restaurant and foodservice operator pain points.
- Data-driven decision making — ties campaigns and launches to measurable business outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration — operates fluidly across Sales, Product, and Client Services without heavy process.
- Bias for action — moves quickly between strategic positioning work and hands-on campaign execution.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is primarily performed in a hybrid, office-based (KCMO) environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state laws.
