Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter to join our growing team. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and pipework systems across commercial and industrial sites within various sectors. You will be working on a variety of projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain commercial pipework systems (heating, water, and drainage)
• Work with a range of materials including copper, steel, and plastic pipework
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Install plant room equipment and associated pipe systems
• Ensure all work complies with current health & safety regulations
• Liaise with site managers, contractors, and clients professionally
• Complete job reports and documentation as required on engineer PDA

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial plumber and/or pipefitter
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent)
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems
• CSCS card (preferred/required depending on role)
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in plant room installations

Desirable:

• Gas safe registered engineer
