In this role, you will discover, test, and scale new ways to connect players with innovative gaming experiences through communities, creators, partnerships, and organic growth channels. You will work closely with Product and Technology teams to transform audience insights into product improvements and sustainable growth loops. The position requires a highly autonomous, hands-on mindset, combining experimentation, analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking.
