Job Title: Creative Account Manager – English Speaking
Location: North West London -No longer than 45 min away
Salary: £35,000 basic + commission (OTE £50,000–£60,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

The Role

We are recruiting for a Creative Account Manager (English Speaking) to join an international design and manufacturing business specialising in sustainable promotional merchandise, reusable packaging, and retail products.

This is a client-facing, commercially focused role suited to someone with a strong creative eye and a passion for design-led products. You will manage and grow UK-based client accounts, delivering bespoke, sustainable solutions while collaborating closely with in-house design and international manufacturing teams.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in creative sales or account management who is looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, museums, and creative agencies
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Deliver consultative, design-led solutions and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Handle multiple client briefs daily and translate them into clear instructions for internal design and production teams
• Manage projects end-to-end, from concept and design through to production and delivery
• Deliver engaging product presentations, proposals, and client pitches
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
• Work closely with international teams across design, manufacturing, and logistics
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Stay up to date with trends in sustainable design, fashion, textiles, and packaging

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or sales within promotional merchandise, fashion, textiles, packaging, product design, licensing, or other creative industries
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Commercially driven and target-focused
• Confident working with international teams across different time zones
• Genuine interest in sustainability, ethical manufacturing, and design-led products
• Willingness to travel for UK client meetings (primarily London-based, 1–2 times per week)

Desirable (Not Essential):

• Background or qualification in Fashion, Graphic Design, Textiles, or a related creative field
• Additional language skills (Italian, French, Spanish, German, or Arabic)
