Creative Artworker - Signage

We are seeking a Signage Creative Artworker to join our friendly team.

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and consistently producing high-quality work to demanding deadlines.

Experience within the Sign Industry is strongly preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Main Aims

To produce high-quality, production-ready artwork for signage and graphics, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with client brand guidelines and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare signage and graphic artwork using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite.
• Take projects from initial client brief through to production-ready artwork.
• Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Work within client brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all artwork.
• Prepare and set up files and templates for final production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide support across the studio and undertake additional duties where required.
• Any other ad hoc duty in line with the role

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar artwork or graphic design role.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite however further training will be given
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills.

Desirable

• Previous experience within the signage, large-format print or graphics industry.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design software.
• Knowledge of preparing artwork for print and production.
