As we continue to evolve our marketing strategy, we're looking for a talented Creative Production Specialist to join our growing creative team and help bring our products, brand, and campaigns to life through outstanding visual content.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with strong skills in 3D animation, motion graphics, compositing, VFX, and post-production who enjoys creating visually engaging content that drives commercial success.
Working closely with the Creative Lead and wider Marketing team, you'll produce high-quality product visualisations, animations, campaign assets, video content, and digital marketing materials used across global markets.
Key Responsibilities3D Animation & Product Visualisation
- Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and product visualisations.
- Produce realistic renders using best-practice lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
- Develop fluid dynamics and particle simulations where appropriate.
- Create engaging animation content for product launches and marketing campaigns.
Motion Graphics & Video Production
- Produce motion graphics for digital, web, and social media channels.
- Create visual effects and compositing to enhance creative outputs.
- Edit marketing videos and campaign content.
- Perform colour grading and post-production finishing to a professional standard.
Creative & Marketing Support
- Support campaign development through compelling visual storytelling.
- Create digital marketing assets for websites, exhibitions, and social media.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Aspen Pumps' brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.
About You
You will be a creative thinker with excellent technical skills and a passion for producing engaging visual content.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in 3D animation and visualisation.
- Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, or similar software.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in compositing and post-production workflows.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and marketing content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or product-focused business.
- Knowledge of Nuke, Flame, or similar VFX software.
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience creating content for social media campaigns.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
