What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and design teams to develop curriculum, training systems, and hands-on learning experiences
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, learner-focused educational content
  • Design and continuously improve training products covering industrial networking, automation, programming, and related technologies
  • Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and workforce needs to keep learning solutions current and relevant
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop practical, job-ready training materials
  • Contribute to product innovation that supports technical education and workforce development

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in networking, automation, programming, controls, or a related discipline
  • Experience with industrial networking technologies and hands-on use of PLCs and HMIs
  • Working knowledge of PLC programming, preferably Allen-Bradley CompactLogix or ControlLogix platforms
  • Understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and industrial communication networks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning
