Our team delivers intelligence on cybercrime threats that target banking customers, digital services and payment systems. We help protect customers and strengthen our organisation’s resilience by providing timely insights that support informed decision-making.

What role will you play?


In this role you will monitor and assess cybercrime threats, identify emerging risks and provide actionable intelligence to support cyber defence and fraud prevention activities. You will work closely with teams across technology, risk, fraud and digital banking to improve threat detection, response outcomes and customer protection. You will also communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders and contribute to intelligence-led security improvements.

What you offer


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information from multiple sources and identify meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cyber risk management principles and the threat landscape within financial services.
  • Experience assessing cybercrime activity, including phishing, credential theft, malware, fraud, social engineering and account takeover threats.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across technology, risk, fraud and business teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
