Position Overview
You will build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Digital Commerce associates and other analysts around the business - becoming an SME for one of the Digital teams i.e. Performance Marketing, and will own and maintain that dialogue whilst also pro-actively delivering innovative and creative analytics in that space.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a reporting suite that clearly and accurately demonstrate ROI and profitability, from campaigns, collections, customer journeys, digital product, and merchandise product perspective using Adobe, Microstrategy tools, across a range of metrics that cover all stages of the consumer journey, transactions and voice of the customer interactions.
- Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using web analytics data and data visualisation tools, with the ambition to automate all reporting across the business, whilst monitoring the core KPIs vs. targets.
- Proactively seek to solve complex business problems/challenges through data analytics and will translate data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
- Play a key role in the experimentation process and UX improvements through A/B & MVT tests
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide updates on best cases and market trends.
- Become the E-commerce team's analytics power user, promoting tool awareness and capability (adobe)

- Liaise with appointed external agencies who are supporting digital analytics.
- Perform QA testing on web analytics tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct validation of tagging, data layers, and event tracking across Adobe and other analytics tools.
- Partner with developers and product teams to identify and resolve tracking issues before release.
- Create and maintain QA testing checklists and documentation to standardize validation processes.
- Support A/B test setup with pre- and post-launch QA to verify correct experiment configuration and data collection.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
A strong quantitative university degree or equivelant ( e.g. statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering)

Strong experience in retail analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations through clear, impactful storytelling for business stakeholders.
Experience of actively using data visualization tools and enterprise Business Intelligence tools
Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience of building scalable reporting and analytics
Experience of using relational databases and data mining tools
Adobe Analytics / Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, PowerBI, SQL, Databricks
