This is one of the more interesting businesses in the e-commerce space right now. They built a disruptive e-commerce model from the ground up and scaled it faster than almost anyone expected. Now they need someone to bring serious analytical rigour to the people & talent side of the business.

You are sitting at the intersection of HR and data engineering. You need to be comfortable handling raw data in Snowflake and designing/building a data layer that is conducive to reporting. You are translating messy human capital questions into clean data requirements, building out reporting that actually gets used, and helping the business make smarter decisions about its people as it continues to scale.

You are spending your time in SQL, pulling apart complex datasets and building models that explain what is happening across the workforce. You are working in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau to turn that into something leadership can act on. You are also the person who bridges the gap between a business problem and a data solution, which means you need to be able to think clearly and communicate simply.

Experience in people/talent analytics is essential. You know how to work with messy data, ask the right questions, and deliver something that holds up under scrutiny.
