The ideal candidate will leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and data science techniques to improve recommendations, automate insights, and enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve recommendations and business decisions.
- Perform predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive analytics on large historical datasets.
- Query and analyze historical data efficiently to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design data-driven solutions that address both current business needs and future planning.
- Build models that provide forward-looking recommendations rather than only solving immediate problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML capabilities into existing tools and applications.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Experience working with large historical datasets and performing advanced data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for efficient data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with descriptive and prescriptive analytics.
- Experience integrating ML models into enterprise applications or operational tools.
- Familiarity with recommendation systems, forecasting, optimization, or decision intelligence.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in Python and common ML/data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Ability to build recommendation engines or intelligent decision-support systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings to business stakeholders.
