Developer

KL Software Technologies (“KLST”) is looking for a Developer for remote, “work-from-home”, full-time employment only (www.klstinc.com). All shortlisted candidates will need to go through one round of video interviews with our Practice Director, followed by a second round of final video interviews with the Vice President – Global Digital Services & HR. Selected Candidates are required to start immediately or within the next two weeks. Candidates with the following required skills and experience are encouraged to apply:
The Developer builds production-grade full-stack Microsoft Cloud and Generative AI solutions across KLST customer engagements and KLST/KLoBot product workstreams.

Major responsibilities include:

• Build full-stack solutions using SPFx, TypeScript, React, Angular, .NET Core Web API, Node.js, and Python.
• Develop Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online customizations and Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Google Gemini into customer applications.
• Build chatbot workflows, vector searches, and RAG pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and quality-gate enforcement (SAST/DAST in Azure DevOps).
• Use Anthropic Claude Code daily – KLST mandated; expected ~30% productivity gain.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience.
• TypeScript / JavaScript / React / Angular fluency.
• .NET Core Web API + Node.js + Python.
• Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online / Power Platform basics.
• Azure DevOps Pipelines + Git workflow.

Preferred Skills

• LLM / GenAI integration experience.
• MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, MS-900, PL-900).
