About The Role

Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders are also required.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, risk management, and product development, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and cleaning procedures. Assist in the development of data models and algorithms to enhance predictive analytics capabilities. Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization to continually improve analytical approaches.
