Distribution/Light Assembly Associate

Geoprobe® distribution associates are responsible for accurately picking and securely packing products for same day shipment, occasionally performing light assembly builds for order fulfillment. Individuals who are motivated by working in a team environment, solving problems, and seeing tasks through to completion are ideal for this role.

Responsibilities  

• Pick and securely package products for same day shipment
• Process pack slips and bills of lading, ensuring orders have been accurately completed
• Operate forklifts and prepare pallet shipments for shipping
• Handle and transport heavy items using manual or mechanized handling machinery
• Prepare and load containers with high attention to detail
• Perform light assembly builds as needed for order fulfillment
• Physically and electronically receive, track, store and maintain the inventory of products that come into or go out of our business, ensuring accurate counts while distributing to the necessary area
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Good physical skills (bending, lifting, standing, and reaching items)
• Able to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds)
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Can navigate easily on a computer
