Enterprise Digital & AI Leadership

BGSW is seeking a visionary Senior AI Leader to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, lead AI-driven business transformation, and build scalable AI capabilities across engineering, business, and corporate functions. This leadership role will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, foster innovation, and establish Bosch as a leader in the application of Artificial Intelligence across its global businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the enterprise AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.

• Lead large-scale AI transformation programs across engineering, manufacturing, mobility, and corporate functions.

• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing AI, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and MLOps teams.

• Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and intelligent automation solutions.

• Partner with business and engineering leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Build scalable AI platforms and reusable capabilities that accelerate innovation across Bosch.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders, technology partners, hyperscalers, and the AI ecosystem to drive innovation and strategic partnerships.

• Provide executive-level communication, governance, and reporting to senior leadership.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, engineering excellence, and customer-centric AI delivery.

Educational qualification:

• Bachelors & Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Experience :

• 15+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Digital Engineering, or Digital Transformation.

• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing global engineering or AI organizations.

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation programs with measurable business impact.

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, AI Platforms, and MLOps.

• Strong understanding of cloud AI ecosystems including Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• Excellent strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and communication skills.

Mandatory Skills :

• Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar ecosystems.

• Strong business acumen and change management expertise.

• Experience leading enterprise AI strategy for global organizations.

Preferred Skills :

• Active participation in AI research, patents, publications, industry forums, or open-source communities is an advantage.
