About the Role
Kick‑start your engineering career in a fast‑paced apparel distribution center where technology, automation, and continuous improvement drive everything we do. As an Entry‑Level Industrial Engineer, you’ll learn the fundamentals of process optimization, warehouse systems, and automated equipment—while building a clear pathway toward leadership and future management roles.
This is a hands‑on role designed for ambitious early‑career engineers who want to grow into operations leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Support automation systems including conveyors, sorters, robotics, and packaging equipment.
- Assist with WMS/WES/WCS configuration, reporting, and system logic improvements.
- Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide data insights to operations leaders.
- Contribute to layout updates, testing, documentation, and project execution.
- Participate in Lean/Kaizen activities and help develop standard work.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and IT to support daily performance and long‑term improvements.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Internship or project experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain (preferred, not required).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or data visualization tools.
- Interest in automation, warehouse systems, and technology‑enabled operations.
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to travel
Bonus Skills
- Exposure to WMS/WES/WCS platforms.
- Experience with AutoCAD or layout/design tools.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma concepts.
- Understanding of apparel distribution processes (flat pack, hanging garments, value‑added services).
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
