ESS Delivery Project Manager - UK

Your mission

• Support the delivery of ESS projects across the UK from project handover through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, EPCs, contractors, and service partners to keep project timelines, quality standards, and milestones on track.
• Help prepare and maintain project schedules, status reports, documentation, and action lists to ensure strong project visibility.
• Track project risks, open points, and change requests, and support the team in resolving issues in a structured and timely way.
• Assist with site coordination, logistics planning, and communication around installation and commissioning activities.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by supporting smooth project execution and reliable delivery performance.

Your profile

All right, all right, now we are getting to the heart of the matter. To feel successful and happy in this role over time, your background could look like this:

• You have first experience in project coordination, project management, delivery, or operations, ideally within ESS, solar, electrical infrastructure, construction, or another technical environment.
• You hold a degree or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, project management, business, or a related field.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks and stakeholders at the same time.
• You communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy working in cross-functional and international teams.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office and feel comfortable working with project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Your English is at CEFR C1 level, and additional European languages are a plus.
