Role Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our growing team at BioTuring. You will serve as a critical bridge between users, product teams, and other departments – helping to ensure that our solutions deliver maximum value to researchers and scientists around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
- Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on product functionality and user experience, with a focus on bioinformatics, statistics, and data analytics domains.
- Lead product demonstrations, training, and user onboarding sessions for new and existing clients.
- Gather comprehensive user feedback and translate findings into actionable, prioritized insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineer and commercial) to support product launches, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Create well-structured and detailed technical documentation for internal teams and end-users.
- Lead quality assurance (QA) activities, including issue tracking and feature validation, throughout the product development and update lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
- Stay up-to-date on bioinformatics and statistical advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Biology, Data Analyst, Data Science, Statistical Analyst, Business management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple user relationships and internal collaborations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
