About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence our tooling, coding standards, and overall codebase, making a significant impact on our product offerings. You will lead the development of new data-driven features and enhance existing functionalities by working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Your expertise will help address complex technical challenges related to natural language processing and machine learning technologies. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to high-impact projects within a fast-paced, innovative environment, and to help shape the architectural direction of our software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software
• Strong knowledge of front-end web development technologies
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience building and maintaining frontend component libraries
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Experience leading end-to-end software projects in an agile environment
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with SaaS product development and long-term maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and product teams to develop functional and engaging user experiences
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively
• Build and enhance frontend layers for new features and products
• Maintain and improve existing frontend component libraries
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes
• Lead technical projects, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for frontend development
• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and data services
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our products remain cutting-edge
