About the role
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience with React.js in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience building responsive, polished UIs with Tailwind CSS.
- Hands-on experience with ShadCN/UI and component-driven development.
- Solid understanding of React hooks, state management, routing, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Strong attention to UI/UX details and clean, maintainable code.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of features from development to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with Three.js or React Three Fiber (highly preferred).
- Understanding of modern frontend best practices.
- Experience working with Netlify(preferred), Vercel, Cloudflare, or similar deployment platforms.
- Someone who can own frontend features end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- A developer who values clean architecture, reusable components, and maintainable code.
- Comfortable context-switching between multiple products when needed.
- Proactive, reliable, and excited to help scale a small engineering team.
