Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and practices
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with automation tools and continuous delivery methodologies
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
- Experience setting up and utilizing React as a micro-frontend container
- Technical expertise in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile applications
- In-depth understanding of the financial services industry and its IT systems
- Experience working with UX/UI teams and developing user-facing applications

Practical cloud-native development experience
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot innovative software solutions beyond routine approaches to address complex technical challenges
- Develop and review secure, high-quality production code, ensuring adherence to best practices and debugging as necessary
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues, enhancing operational stability and efficiency
- Lead technical evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials
- Drive awareness and adoption of new and emerging technologies through communities of practice across Software Engineering
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to develop engaging, user-friendly experiences

- Participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements
