General Manager - Irish Live Music Pub & Restaurant - Dirty O'Sullivans

We are looking for a General Manager to take the reins at Dirty O'Sullivans, our Irish American pub in the heart of the city centre.

The business operates 7 days a week with quality programmed entertainment schedule, serving homestyle fresh Irish food with an American twist. Full draught beer range, signature cocktails along side top a level hot drinks selection.

As General Manager you will need to ensure that you and your team are loving the experience as much as your guests. Being a forefront leader and communicator is essential for success. This site is a bustling venue with lots going on and plenty to sink your teeth into. It is the perfect opportunity for a candidate with creative intuition.

The successful candidate must have a diverse approach to management, the customer base is extremely varied, catering to private hires, brunch events, corporates & local live music.

You will have full autonomy over the business’s development, working very closely with the venues Business Development Manager, Sales Manager and Head office team with the goal of continuing to grow one of the best-known and most popular venues in Manchester whilst developing a healthy bottom line.

Qualities we are looking for in an ideal candidate

• Management experience in high volume hospitality operations with emphasis on quality products and excellent service.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times.
• Good financial acumen with previous P&L responsibility.
• A structured approach to leadership and a track record of improving business performance.

· A good understanding of the area and the ability to run an exclusive venue.

• A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team.
• Ability to inspire a large team and be able to demand high standards.

Salary - Starting from - £40,000.00 PA - DOE
