German Speaking Inside Sales Support Specialist (Fixed-Term with Potential for Extension)

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract up to 2 years with the potential for long-term collaboration.

• Responsible for the independent preparation of quotations and order processing for complex IT solutions.
• Actively take care of our customers and prospects; support our sales and account managers in generating additional business in the existing customer environment
• Support the internal bid team in complex, public bidding situations in multi-stage bidding processes for our potential customers
• Control and manage the creation process within the framework of the offer situation in the existing business on your own responsibility and involve the necessary hierarchies and committees.
• Create presentations, reports and assist with correspondence with our clients.
• Responsible for the appointment coordination and monitoring as well as the maintenance of customer data in MS CRM as well as SAP.

• Degree in business administration or similar from a university of applied sciences or a university of applied sciences or a completed vocational training in an IT related or commercial field.
• Fluent command of German and English: Required for communication across our international locations and customers from Germany.
• Professional experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge of sales and quotation processes and have an affinity for sales topics.
• A distinctive customer-oriented way of thinking and acting as well as a service oriented way of working.
• Command of the current MS Office programs.
• Organizational skills as well as independent and structured way of working.
• Profile is rounded off by reliability, a strong sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and initiative.

• Monthly gross base salary from 1700 to 2900 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
