About the role
This is ideal role for someone who enjoys coordinating activities, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring that complex processes run smoothly. You will work closely with HR teams across different countries, supporting talent development initiatives, performance and development cycles, succession planning activities and global talent programmes.
Your responsibilities will combine programme coordination, stakeholder communication, HR systems support and process administration. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Management processes and help ensure a consistent experience across our international organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate international talent development programmes and events.
- Support global Talent Management processes, including performance and development cycles, succession planning and talent reviews.
- Act as a key contact for local HR teams, providing support and guidance on Talent Management processes and systems.
- Monitor programme participation, communications, documentation and reporting activities.
- Support budget administration and related operational activities.
- Assist with Talent Management projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high-quality talent data and support reporting and analysis activities.
- Experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, project coordination or a similar administrative and coordination-focused role.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different teams.
- Experience working with HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience would be an advantage.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both in Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
- German language skills are welcome but not required.
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Polish and English are required for this role due to the daily cooperation with local and international stakeholders.
- This position is based in Poznan, Poland.
- We work in a hybrid model, with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in the office and up to 2 days of remote work, depending on business needs.
- The role involves regular international business travel, typically 2–3 days per month, mainly to our office in Germany.
