Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Process Management and Data Analyst, GrabFin Associate. An entrepreneurial financial products specialist who is genuinely passionate about empowering Thailand's micro-economy. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of innovative lending projects, requiring an analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills working with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Credit Risk, Collection, Mobility, and Food team as well as external stakeholders such as Banking partners. You will report to the Head of Product and Operations GrabFin TH and based onsite in Grab Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will serve the financial needs of our partners (driver/merchant/) and users – bringing the best product through our digital platform with data analytic.
• You will work with the Regional Data and Product team regarding system improvement and new financial products launch (if any).
• You will work with TH GrabFin team to achieve monthly targets.
• You can run data analysis to identify gaps in end-to-end lending process improvement opportunities.
• You will develop end-to-end lending process and presentation deck in meetings with regional and partners.
• You will support the team regarding data analysis and data validation and UAT (if needed).

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A recognized Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Operation Management, Data Analytic or related fields.
• Min. 1 years project management or operations excellence roles having retail lending knowledge is a plus.
• Have a working knowledge of SQL, HTML and Python
• Proficient in spoken and written Thai and English.
• Self-directed and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
