We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graduate Bid Writer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting our bid and proposal process, helping shape our brand and contributing to the organisation’s success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing compelling, well-structured bid documents tailored to client requirements.
• Proofread and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with other bid writers and stakeholders to gather information and refine content.
• Maintain a professional tone of voice aligned with organisational branding.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent proofreading and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to present information logically and clearly.
• A degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
