As our Graphic Apparel Designer, you won't just be pushing pixels; you’ll be designing original, head-turning apparel graphics that hit store shelves globally across Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard stores.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create & Craft: Design original and customizable apparel graphics that stand out in retail environments.
• Bring It to Life: Create high-impact mockups and production-ready Direct to Film (DTF) print files.
• Own the Pipeline: Manage artwork from initial concept all the way through licensing approval and vendor handoff.
• Stay Organized: Keep artwork libraries tightly structured so production runs seamlessly.
• Boost the Brand: Assist with exciting marketing collateral, catalogs, and sales materials for both web and print.

What We’re Looking For

• The Tools: 2+ years of design experience with mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• The Print Know-How: Solid understanding of CMYK print processes, color separation, and preparation.
• Eye for Detail: Strong typography skills and a keen visual sense for retail apparel design.
• Pace & Agility: Ability to juggle multiple projects smoothly in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Catalog and sales flyer layout experience
• KE Commerce or Blender experience
• Microsoft Suite proficiency
• Photography skills to showcase products!

About Eagle Crest

From military bases and museums to retail locations around the globe, our gear represents pride, honor, and history. Now, we’re looking for a sharp, creative designer to help us write the next bold chapter!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
