Graphic Design Associate

Part-Time | On-site | Monday–Friday

Two shifts available:

• Morning: 6:45 AM – 1:00 PM
• Afternoon: 12:45 PM – 7:00 PM

Shirt Shanty is looking for a detail-oriented Art Associate to join our art department. In this role, you'll prepare customer artwork for production, send proofs, communicate with customers about revisions, and work closely with our production team to make sure every order is ready to print.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare customer artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
• Set up print-ready files for production.
• Send artwork proofs to customers for approval.
• Make artwork changes and revisions as needed.
• Communicate with customers by email regarding their artwork.
• Work with the production team to ensure artwork is accurate before printing.
• Keep projects moving while meeting daily deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Graphic Design degree or currently working toward one.
• Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Reliable and willing to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience vectoring artwork.
• Screen printing or apparel decoration experience.
• Experience working in a print shop or production environment.
