About the Position:

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer / Layout Artist—our version of a "Master Chef"—someone who can combine creativity, speed, precision, and consistency to produce exceptional work under tight deadlines.

This is a high-volume, deadline-driven environment where every project matters. You'll be creating professionally designed memorial products that become treasured keepsakes for families.

Please Note: We will gladly train the right designer on our funeral products and workflow. However, we do not train individuals to become graphic designers or teach Adobe Creative Suite. Applicants must already possess strong Adobe design skills and professional layout experience.

What You'll Do:

- Design and produce high-quality memorial products using Adobe Creative Suite

- Create clean, accurate layouts while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Ensure every project meets our quality standards before production

- Work closely with our production team to meet daily deadlines

- Contribute creative ideas while following established branding and design standards

- Deliver exceptional work under pressure without sacrificing quality

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

- Strong typography and layout skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team succeed

- Ability to remain focused in a repetitive, detail-oriented production environment
