Graphic Designer

Join our dynamic creative team as a Graphic Designer. We are a marketing agency specializing in branded merchandise, PR box design, production and distribution for leading agencies and brands. We create thoughtful, high-impact experiences that connect with influencers & media and bring campaigns to life.

Our work blends creativity with real-world execution—where great ideas must also work in production, timelines and budgets.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn and excited to see their work come to life.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and design team to help bring concepts into production-ready files, assist with revisions, and support day-to-day creative needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design Support

• Assist in the design and production of branded merchanside, PR boxes, packaging, inserts, and campaign materials
• Execute design updates, revisions, and versioning quickly and accurately
• Prepare clean, organized, production-ready files

Production & Detail Execution

• Follow file setup guidelines for print and production (dielines, bleeds, color specs, etc.)
• Double-check work for accuracy, alignment, and consistency
• Support quality control by catching errors before files go to print

Organization & Workflow

• Help maintain organized files and project folders
• Manage multiple tasks across different projects
• Communicate clearly on progress, questions, and timelines

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Basic understanding of print and production processes (or strong willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
