About Us

E&E Creative Designs is a custom fabrication and event production company specializing in experiential marketing, trade show exhibits, scenic fabrication, event décor, signage, and large-format graphics. We bring creative concepts to life through custom-built installations, displays, and branded environments.

We're looking for a highly motivated Graphic Designer who can bridge the gap between design and fabrication. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing their work come to life and wants to be involved in the entire creative process—from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design artwork for themed designs, booths, props, signs, and branded environments.
• Create print-ready files for large-format printing, vinyl graphics, CNC routing, laser cutting, and other production methods.
• Develop layouts, mockups, and client presentations.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, fabrication team, and production staff to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Revise artwork based on client feedback and production requirements.
• Organize project files and maintain proper file management.
• Prepare production files with correct bleeds, cut paths, dimensions, and color specifications.
• Assist with print production, file setup, and other creative production tasks when design workload is light.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate project status effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, indesign
• Experience creating print-ready artwork for large-format printing.
• Strong understanding of:
• Vector artwork
• CMYK vs. RGB
• Bleeds
• Resolution
• Large-format printing
• Vinyl graphics
• Production file setup
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

• CNC or laser production workflows
• SketchUp
• Blender
• 3D rendering software
• Trade show exhibits
• Event production
• Scenic fabrication
• Sign manufacturing
• Interior branding or environmental graphics
