About the role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identity and support marketing, digital, and business initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all creative assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives. This role combines artistic creativity with strategic thinking to deliver engaging designs that enhance user experience and effectively communicate key messages.
Key responsibilities include designing and producing a wide range of marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, infographics, banners, packaging, and promotional materials; developing creative concepts and visual solutions based on project objectives and target audiences; maintaining and evolving brand identity while ensuring consistency across all visual communications; collaborating with marketing, product, sales, and content teams to translate business requirements into compelling visual designs; creating layouts, illustrations, icons, typography, and other visual elements that enhance communication and user engagement; preparing artwork for digital publication and print production while ensuring technical accuracy and quality; optimizing graphics for websites, mobile applications, and social media platforms; participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative creative ideas for campaigns and product launches; managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards; reviewing and refining designs based on stakeholder feedback; staying informed about emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices; maintaining organized design files and digital asset libraries; and supporting the continuous improvement of creative processes, workflows, and visual storytelling across the organization.
The Graphic Designer is expected to combine artistic talent with strong communication and problem-solving skills to create visually engaging content that supports business goals and enhances the overall customer experience. Success in this role requires creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design, or animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content creation, and web design best practices.
- Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and digital publishing standards.
- Excellent creativity, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across multiple media formats is highly valued.
- Professional certifications related to graphic design, digital media, or creative software are considered advantageous but are not mandatory.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with design trends, creative technologies, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
