DealFlow Events (dealflowevents.com) is a 20-year-old B2B conference company serving Wall Street professionals. We produce a portfolio of annual conferences and webinars covering topics including prediction markets, private credit, stock investing, and IPOs.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer and WordPress Developer to own our web presence, email marketing, and visual brand across our conference portfolio. You'll work closely with our events team to build and maintain websites, run email campaigns, and produce design assets for both digital and live-event use.

This is a hands-on, production-oriented role — ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Websites: Build, update, and maintain multiple WordPress/Elementor sites; optimize for SEO
• Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze email campaigns; manage list hygiene and deliverability
• Graphic Design: Create digital and print assets for conferences, social media, and paid advertising; support event branding
• Video: Edit conference videos; manage the company's YouTube channel
• Data & Tech: Maintain email lists; implement new tools as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Email Marketing

• Mailchimp (automation, segmentation, analytics) — 1+ year required
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices

Web Development

• WordPress and Elementor — 2+ years required
• HTML/CSS proficiency
• Google Analytics; SEO fundamentals

Design

• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, Lightroom
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Video & Photography

• Video editing and photo retouching

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, web development, or a related field
• Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Prior experience in conferences or B2B events a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary commensurate with experience ($76,000 – $86,000)
