Hardware Intern for ANS (Iasi)

Do you want to be a Hardware Intern for ANS? These should spark your interest:

• Assembling and testing electronic modules and prototypes;
• Building and maintaining test equipment and validation setups;
• Supporting component ordering and inventory management;
• Maintaining laboratory equipment (calibration, inventory);
• Supporting hardware debugging and troubleshooting activities;
• Preparing and configuring test benches for validation activities;
• Performing soldering, rework and simple hardware modifications;
• Assisting with prototype preparation and sample builds;
• Supporting failure analysis and corrective actions;
• Working closely with hardware engineers during testing and validation activities;

A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

You can be a perfect match to our team if you:

• Are an active student pursuing a university degree in Electronics, Automatics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field;
• Have basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics;
• Are interested in hands-on work with electronic hardware, prototypes and laboratory equipment;
• Have basic experience with electronic assembly, soldering or personal/student electronic projects;
• Are familiar with measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters (academic projects are sufficient);
• Have a structured and detail-oriented working style;
• Enjoy troubleshooting and identifying technical issues;
• Are eager to learn about automotive electronics and embedded systems;
• Good English skills, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, laboratory projects or electronics hobby projects is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
