Communitas Clinics is looking for an ambitious, strategic, and inspiring Head of Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and help shape the future of our organisation through data-driven decision making.

The Opportunity

As our Head of Business Intelligence, you will lead the development and delivery of a modern BI strategy that puts data at the heart of everything we do.

Working closely with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, you will provide the insights, reporting, and analytical capability that enable smarter decisions, stronger performance, and improved outcomes across the organisation.

You'll lead a talented team, champion innovative approaches to analytics, and help create a culture where data is accessible, trusted, and used confidently at every level.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and delivering the organisation's Business Intelligence strategy.
• Developing high-quality reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Driving data-led decision making across all areas of the business.
• Leading and developing the Business Intelligence team.
• Ensuring robust data governance, quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Partnering with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
• Identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and performance improvements through advanced analytics.
• Supporting transformation and continuous improvement programmes through data and evidence.
• Exploring new technologies and innovative approaches to business intelligence and analytics.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills.

You will ideally have:

• Significant experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
• A proven track record of leading BI strategies that deliver measurable business value.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong experience in data governance, reporting, and analytics.
• The ability to communicate complex data in a simple, engaging, and meaningful way.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience influencing at senior levels.
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and using data to solve business challenges.
