Head of Frontend Development (iGaming)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Frontend Development (iGaming) based in Spain.

Lead the frontend vision and engineering strategy behind a large-scale portfolio of digital gaming products while building the foundation of a new B2B platform from the ground up. In this role, you'll take full ownership of frontend architecture, driving technical excellence, scalability, and performance across complex user-facing applications. You'll lead and inspire a distributed team of 20–25 frontend engineers, including senior developers and team leads, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Working closely with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams, you'll transform business requirements into fast, reliable, and engaging user experiences.
